Personal Experience
Dr. Troy A. Miles, MD is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction. He has advanced training in total hip replacement, total knee replacement, total shoulder replacement, revision total hip and knee replacement, and fracture care.
Dr. Miles graduated with honors from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2010. He then completed his internship and residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. After graduation, he went on to complete an additional year of fellowship training specializing in adult reconstruction at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Miles is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Miles is excited to bring the latest technology and most advanced techniques in joint replacement surgery to the North State. He understands the hardships that arthritis or a broken bone can impose on a patient and their family, and works hard to develop custom treatment plans that are individualized to each patient.
